When will I receive my tracking number?

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, usually within 48 business hours after your order. Remember to check your spam folder — and track it anytime via "Track my order."

My tracking hasn't updated, is that normal?

Yes, this is common: the tracking may pause for 2 to 4 days during transfers between carriers or customs clearance, then update all at once. If nothing changes after 5 days, please write to us.

My package did not arrive on time, what should I do?

Write to us at support@studiosoie.com with your order number: we reply within 24 hours and find a swift solution — a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost. You are never left without an answer.

Do you deliver outside the European Union?

Yes, we deliver worldwide (7 to 12 business days). Customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped: contact us as soon as possible at support@studiosoie.com and we will correct the address before dispatch.

Processing Your Order

All orders are processed within 48 working hours (2 working days) of payment being confirmed. This period covers checking the order, carefully preparing your items and handing them over to the carrier. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed from the next working day.

Shipping and Tracking

As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery in real time via the link provided or on our ‘Track My Order’ page.

International (outside the EU): 7 to 12 working days

In mainland France, tracked delivery is free on purchases of €49 or more; below this amount, it is charged at €3.90. For all other destinations, delivery is free on purchases of €99 or more; below this amount, charges are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination and weight.

International Deliveries

StudioSoie delivers worldwide. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are payable by the recipient and vary according to each country's regulations.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is correct and complete before confirming your order. As long as the order has not been dispatched, we can correct it: please write to us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address.
